Reservations are required for all snow dome. Snow domes will seat up to 5 people. Some domes will seat 6. One ticket needed per group - not each person. Combining of groups will NOT be permitted. Reservations are for 90 minutes. We allow a 5 minute grace period if arriving late before we remove your reservation. You will not be refunded if you are late, however, if you call us in advance to notify us that you are running late we will hold your reservation. You must exit the dome at the end of the 90 minutes to allow us to clean the dome.
Please check in at the bar when you arrive. If your dome is not ready yet, you will be provided a pager. Once it is ready you will be paged and a staff member will direct you to your dome.
Domes will be heated. However, you should dress for the elements.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. If you are found to have brought a pet or found to be smoking, you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee and could be asked to leave the dome.
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021: no refunds will be given.
